CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC LYMPHATIC LEUKEMIA AND THEIR SURVIVABILITY

Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is one of the most common lymphoproliferative diseases in European population with an increase incidence elderly and senile age. However, it among that a decrease glomerular filtration rate (GFR) concomitant chronic kidney disease (CKD) are associated severity long-term prognosis.
 The aim study was to analyze CKD prognostic value patients CLL.
 Materials Methods. CLL retrospective analysis performed 132 (60 men 72 women). diagnosed according 2021-Guidelines Russian Scientific Society Nephrologists. Results. Among examined patients, 64 (48.5 %) were CKD: stage C2 – 23 patients. (17.4 %), C3a 41 (31.1 %). higher than similar without CLL. authors revealed there no correlation between severity. Survival showed only 43 (32.5 overcame estimated Binet median survival. at time diagnosis strongly correlated survival.
 Conclusion. occurs 48.5 % It has been established worsens patient survivability.
